Returns & Exchange

What is Gwapitos’ return/exchange policy?

If, by chance, you receive an item with damage upon arrival, or an item that wasn't part of your order, we're here to assist you with returns or exchanges. Please initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the item. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging and tags intact.

Which areas are you available for shipping?

We ship nationwide. If you are within the 7,641 islands in the Philippines, we’ve got you covered.

International shipping can be arranged upon request. You may email us at support@gwapitos.com to request for a shipping quotation to your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee will automatically be calculated based on the number of items you purchase upon check out.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, please wait up to 7-10 working days for processing, packing and delivery. 

Please be informed that the delivery times that we provide are just rough estimates. There may be possible delays due to unseen circumstances.

We will not be held accountable for late deliveries, as well as lost or damaged products. We always make sure that the product is in no way damaged before packing them for delivery.
